,Nozza I give you a 9/10 for the board collection,,couldn't see a longboard cost you.

10/10 for the man cave

and for the lawn,,let's just say sack the gardener.

I could probably add a longboard to the collection of boards I'm not good enough to surf without too much risk.
Man Cave still needs work - persistent flooding due to blocked drains and the original builder thinking a low spot in the back left corner was a good idea lead to on going problems.
But I like the look I have so far, nice to while away time there working on projects that don't matter.

Hutchies got the 11.6 and its a classic shape but each time i rode it i really tweaked my lower back trying to crank it around the bottom but my son loved it,watched him and the late great Crea out at LP bombie once at 10 plus and the PSH was in its element same at really large Cowries so its horses for courses i guess.I once did the Woolies to Smiths paddle on it with couple a sneaky ones at surfies and EP and i have to say it was pretty good for the distance, but hooked on Sunovas these days.Get it on the wall of the Man cave fella

The 12 foot gun is an amazing board in every type of wave. Run it as a thruster and it rips
Every time I ride it, guys eyeballs open wide up when loading up for a bottom turn as it is a pretty intimidating board. Amazing glide when getting onto the wave.
Had the 9'2 ft hull ripper many years ago and couldn't quite dial it in.
Blane was ahead of his time with his SUP board shapes but still shapes out of Helleeva on the North Shore.
Long time PSH supporter I'm afraid.

Beautiful piece of work Charlie - work of art.
Honoured to get your reply.
If Lorin doesn't want it, send it our way.
Even if she wants it, send it our way anyway.
First real paddle on the 9'7" in (very) flat water.

Is Blane still shaping?
Are you still building? - obviously you are.
If this one's still around, could you send it our way too?

Dare I say, Aloha?

Nice day Nozza for your flat water trial. Blane is still shaping and he seems very busy shaping and glassing his boards. Never usually get to see the finished glassed boards unless I glass them. Wish I saw the one you posted. Attached is one from last week I think a 7'10 x 28". Beautifully shaped and remained super light after the planks were added. Will have to request a finished pic cuz it's going to pop with resin.
warmest aloha,
Charlie

Those boards are gorgeous. Some of the nicest veneers I have seen. What I your rates like? I technically owe Lorin a board after I snapped her 10'6 PSH Gun.

Hi Exiled, I am just the vacuum bagger so I don't know rates for a replacement Gun. Email me at surfgearhawaii@hawaii.rr.com and I can explain how to go about getting a replacement board or the rates for vacuum bagging services. I generally work for manufacturers of surfboards and don't have a retail shop. Attached photos of a gun blank Blane gave me and was used for a senior project of a family friend from the mainland. He received an "A" grade ,which according to parents is unusual for this intense requirement to graduate. He did all the work himself under my tutelage.
Also this type board will not break in the surf.

There was post about a facebook add 9' 11" red, nice companion for my yellow - don't do facebook or know or understand anything about it.
Nor do I want to.
Then there was a photo.
Now it's gone?
Or did I dream it?

Nozza looking a the nose and graphic that is the 10'6 Allrounder. Possibly one of the best all-round shapes around. This board set a bench mark right from the start around 2009. They are still around as they are PVC sandwhich construction out of the Boardwalks factory.

Hey if you are wanting a replacement for a PSH 12 footer go talk to Dale Chapman, he's got something you'll find interesting.

Went around to Robdog's place on Wednesday.
Ended up relieving him of most of his quiver.
PSH only.
10'6" Allrounder.

9'11" Extra Wide Ripper.

and another 12' Gun.

Nice condition, relatively light, and quad option.

Even came away with a shirt and DVD!

Please to meet him, and hope I can live up to the boards.

I purchased that for Russ (the feeze) as a spare in case he broke his 9'3" ripper. He has since sold it but we could get it back for you if you wished.
What are you riding now?
I've got a smik which I am very happy with.
