I'm heading to Nusa Island retreat in DEC.
There was an old thread, but it was too old to resurrect.

Going for 8nights and have seen that the surf isn't as reliable or as big as indo.

I've got a 7'6 wheelie bag that can fit 3 boards, and a 7'0 wheelie that can fit 4 boards max 21" wide.

Thinking of taking the follow boards.

7'7 x 22 x 2.9 PCC single fin.
6'8 x 21 x 2 3/4 Miller waterskate 2+1
6'2 x 19 5/8 x 2 7/16 DHD Sweet spot 2.0

although,

if there's no point taking the 7'7, then I'll take the shorter bag and a 4th board.

6'8 waterskate
6'2 DHD
6'0 PCC shortboard
5'11 Firewire El fuego.

Thoughts?

I'd love to hear from anyone that's been there.

Just found a great write up on realsurf. Looks like I'll take the smaller bag with more boards.

Take two boards.
One you ride all the time and a step up.
Unless your a mental Hellman charger you won't need a rhino chaser and it will save you putting your back out at the airport plus more room for duty free if the surfs flat....

I'm looking to head over to Tupira in early december. I like the fact that there isn't to much known about the area but keen to hear if anyone has any suggestions for spots in the area.
