Some further updates were posted on their IG account a few days ago. To support their young riders they'll continue to pay PWA fees for 2025 for PWA Youth and Slalom-X (male) (sic); they'll continue to be IFCA registered so can continue to be used for IFCA sanctioned events too.
It's not clear to me why only slalom-x male and not female, but still very good news for those who had been planning to compete on their FMX boards next year.

To be fair the brand will continue but not at PWA level.
.he has risen to every challenge with passion and rigor, wishing to stop while FMX Racing is at the top. As far as the brand itself is concerned, FMX Racing will continue to be marketed by ML Sports, allowing the boards to continue competing on national circuits as well as IFCA events. However, the brand will no longer be a member of the PWA from 1 January next year.
