many people in S.A heading down to Boggy for the Onboards demo day this weekend. Hopefully we will get some wind.

it would be good but our ferry to the mainland is a frickin rip off!! have you been to one? what are they like?

yer i went to one quite a while ago and enjoyed it heaps. last time i didnt even bother bringing my own gear but i will this time. should be a good day especially if theres wind.

Yea it should be goin off. Red bull and Coopers are setting up a big tent, there will be heaps of gear and Onboards new guy will be there with all his begginer gear offering lessons. Thats me!!! So im stoked and it will be a great weekend. Looks like we'll get some good wind too.

The slalom event is scheduled for the Sunday and it looks like we will have good wind. Tim and I will have the new KA's It might be the last demo day at boggy if they build the dam at wellington.

Mr Rann has put this weir at wellington idea forward as a stratergy for drought. When there is no rainfall they pump water from Mannum to the river torrens at birdwood which then fills up the adelaide dams. If they have low flow in the murray they cant do this and therefore need to put a weir at wellington. I believe that this will effect both the water levels and quality at boggy lake. On the flip side it may also create a fanastic speed venue with less chop

Bubs, the race on sunday will probably be a giant slalom (Big figure 8).
