So Easty, what gear did you use that day? A size 12 sandal and a hanky?

Yes, rather breezy today, some 70 knot gust readings around Hobart. Victoria is getting some too by the sounds of it. Anyone get out on the water? I went out about 2.00, at Pipeclay, my knuckles now drag on the ground when standing upright. 4.2 was ok, in the lulls.

yeah got out at mortimer yesterday easty...same boat as you 4.2 was great in the lulls, and at around 6:15-715 when it dropped out a little bit the rest of the time.....well it was interesting ill say that.

3 1/2 hours out, as a result i can now scratch the oyster and mussel cuts on my feet without bending over

Nice one Nick, I was knackered after 1/2 hour! Just saw Droughty Hill readings for last night - averaging 70 Knots, peaking at 95 knots. That's ballistic.
Didn't make it to Strathgordon today Bazz, for some reason the chopper didn't want to sling 600kg loads over to Low Rocky Point! Next week now. Looking forward to a sail and maybe surf tomorrow arvo.
