I'm heading to main beach on Wednesday for 8 days. It looks like the only cross shore wind will be a light northerly.

Where is the best spot?

Main beach is fun if it's windy from the north but you could still sail it in lighter winds

If you have wheels head south to cudgen (across the border) or even to Lennox or flat rock - northerlies are always better there

Yep, the closest is Narrow neck at main beach but it seems to wind a bit light for the following days unfortunately.

Thursday to Saturday look hot 30+, so the Northerlies might be better than predicted. Main Beach is as good a place as any to sail.

Yes it was. I went out at main beach in front of the Sheraton. Slogged around. Caught some waves. Got to love the warm water!
