I'm saying good-bye to my first wave board which I purchased new from Vitamin Sea (who remembers that shop?) in Mills St. Middle Park in 1985. It's a custom fibreglass 8'6" dual flyer tri-fin design - built by Oke boards for Vitamin Sea.
Back then it did plenty of wave sailing, including a couple of tours of WA. I've had it tucked away in the garage for years but now I'm moving house and it's time for it to go to the street collection. I thought I should put these pics up as a record of how nice some of the board shapes were back then.
Cheers
Ian
Send a PM to Bondalucci, he might be interested in it for his windsurfing wall.. He's probably already under your house right now pulling it out ;-)
Thanks guys. It's been saved from the street collection and is now part of Bondy's windsurfing wall.
Cheers
Ian
