How to "duck tack" your surfboard
Caution kites put together this awesome tutorial on the duck tack.    

A Tack is where you turn the board when heading into the wind.   A "Duck Tack"  is an old windsurfing term, where you'd lift the sail over your head to flip it, having to duck while you were doing it.
