Fisheries Victoria is in the process of hosting eight recreational fishing forums across the State.
The initiative is for recreational anglers to provide their feedback and input into the development of new projects which will continue to enhance fishing in Victoria.
Topics for discussion have been varied and have included:
- the improvement of launching facilities;
- more fish cleaning tables;
- stocking larger quantities of fish;
- investigating stocking fish in the metropolitan area; and
- the purchase of water allocations for the benefit of recreational fisheries.
