He said 'Tackers is the OzKick of sailing and RYCV is leading the way in Melbourne's west'. He congratulated the club on its initiative in being at the forefront of junior sailing in Victoria. It is the first sailing program designed for kids launched in the Western Suburbs. The whole program launch only took four months from the decision to go ahead to the first lessons.
