Snipe Western Hemisphere & Orient Championships 2010 day 2 report. Ernesto Rodriguez and Mary Hall of the US have made a statement after the second day of racing in Canada. With a 2-1-1, their finishes have vaulted them to the top of the leaderboard with a 12-point lead over their fellow Miami sailors Augie Diaz and Kathleen Tocke.
