Hey I saw a variation of the old Sunset McTavish Redline today, in my street. It was one I had seen on line...
Triple Strung, Yellow Nose (2+ feet), Orange/Red band (1+ foot), and about 5+ feet of "milk" tint in the tail. She was a 9'6 Single Fin, Redline.
I had a chat to the bloke, he was visiting his in-laws who live down the road.
Oops - wrong FORUM!... No Delete Button!? At the moment...
Anyhow, come and visit us in The Longboard Room for some funny talk where nobody takes anything too seriously.

I would go for an 8' soft top board, that should get you going. Maybe a 9' at 100kgs. Stop eating pies

Would that be good or too small?

Yep too small. Dont bother with fiberglass boards until you can stand. Soft tops are fun and easy to catch waves with.

Softies are cheap compared to glass boards, you should be able to find one easy
