Obvious photoshop, no way would a windsurfer be jumping higher than a kiter...

No way I've ever seen a kiter do a bottom turn into top turn, aerial off the lip and land on the face again.
He's looking away in shame.....

Serious note though - I wonder how that situation even occurred. Somebody dropped in or needed to concede that they did not own that wave and get out of the way.
Regardless of who is had right of way the windsurfer should not be busting out an aerial that close to somebody

Boardies Mark, it's about the boardies

In terms of ROW, it looks as the Kiter has come over the back and the WSer, off the lip...It's a big wave, and the WSer may not have seen the kiter, particularly if he has already made a few bottom turns.

Kiter may not have seen windsurfer if behind the wave - kiter has back to the wave.

All that is just speculation... WSers always have right of way

Yeah OK Puggy I'd buy the boardies .

I don't think the kiter has come over the back of the wave as that is a big no-no and who would do that?
and the wave is a bit big to come over the back unless he is mega powered? I dunno, them new fandangled kite thingos maybe they can
One of them has done something wrong to end up like that anyway
