Hey Parafin. If it blows I'll be out, but I'm not holding my breath. It will likely be fairly southerly, so south of the pier near the aquarium would be the best option. Unfortunately, high is at 11ish so an outgoing tide, incoming works best with SSE. A reasonable option if it is quite S'ly is to kite the beach on the south side of the harbour. I reckon there will be enough beach at around 1.30 onwards. The wind in a southerly is quite clean here and apart from myself and maybe my wife I'd be surprised to see anyone else kite here.
If we do get SE winds then the pier will be good later on, say from 2.30 onwards though the tides are quite big so there will be a fair bit of run and you'd want the winds to be decent as you'll be going with, not against the tide.
Steve. Message me if you want to keep in touch over the weekend.
