Sure I seen this before so I apologise in advance crew. staying at the patra tues week on a extended family trip so not taking any gear so I will still be married when I get back. Where and if can I hire a surfboard for waves and kite gear there. and where is it. Don't so Bali lol. The wife has booked herself a whole day with her friend minus kids so I have a few kudos points to cash in. Married men will understand what I'm saying.

Sanur. Hope your only a light weight though, and don't expect to be powered. I wouldn't bother... Plenty of other things to do in Bali.

That is why I get on seabreeze to read the doctors sound and well thought out advice. Give him a tee shirt god dammit. Might get the wife to the mushroom bar might break her out of the surburban mother spell. Where's the women I agreed to marry?

Yeh I figured as such, but worth having this option in place, also plenty of surf though so to get hold of a decent SB would be useful. Plus how good would it be to line up at impossibles with 350 other surfers, its paradise I tell you, paradise?

Take taksi (yes taksi:), to Sanur Beach Hotel, on the other side of the road there is a kite shop. Or walk through hotel, turn left before reception and go out, pass swimming pool and kite beach is on the right hand side.

We do not rent kites from the shop but they do at the local schools.. Bali Kitesurfing School has the best and latest equipment including Kite Surf Boards! For the joy of the Doctor we had wind no stop for the last 2 weeks and from forecast looks like it will stay for at least another week.... For forecast you can use Windguru Sanur Kite Beach that is the most accurate. Bye Jankie PS... We have a Facebook Group: Bali Kitesurfing : https://www.facebook.com/groups/63988066680/ Where I do a daily report of the wind in Sanur so you can see what are you missing or what to expect. Many kiters also post about the conditions in other side of the island..

Give Neil Taylor a call from Hold the line, think he is still there. I caught up with him for a drink beginning of the month at Sanur, no wind when I was there but worth the catch up. He has a Indo phone over there, but drop him an email. Just don't expect too much from the wind.

... I'll be there 8th to 28th so we should manage to catch some sort of wind in that time. If the missus isn't using the 12m, you can borrow that if you like, might feel abit more homely! cheers, Robbie
