I went down to the Newport Reef, Sydney on the 6th June, Wednesday, 2012 and filmed this video KiteSurfing Big Waves & Winds. The Boys were checking it out for 1 1/5 hours before they went out in Gusty wind conditions. It was Epic and Super Scary, I stayed on the beach and filmed. I'm not silly. The guys said it was Super Gusty and that their Kites were too Big, they mainly had 8's. Hope you enjoy the Vid.

Yeewwwwww. Good to see some dudes taking on big wind and waves. Too often you have to have solo sessions when its like that, cause all your mates are pussies!!! I might need to move to Sydney...

Guys, Awesome vid and good on ya. Well out of my comfort zone, I reckon I would have been sitting right next to the cameraman watching you hell men charge. What size kites were you guys on and some of those sets were huge. Any of you get nailed?

The boys were on 8'ms. It was surprising nobody got nailed on the shories or outback. People on the beach were asking how where they going to get back in. They did it very carefully. I thought for sure that I would get some footage of someone getting nailed.

Rather be overpowered than underpowered in a big swell any day.

I'll see what I can put together regarding the other footage of that day, I took heaps of vid. Sometimes the other footage isn't as good as that, I didn't have a Big zoom on that day. Glad U liked my other Vids. I intend on filming and posting heaps more regarding KiteSurfing & KiteBoarding. My intention is to do an ongoing Doco about Aussie grassroots KiteSurfing & Kiteboarding scene. Basically about the everyday KiteSurfer. So if you guys see me around come up and say Gooday I'm always interested in people's stories. I'm based in Sydney, but I intend on traveling around Auss in order to get the story, my meager budget permitting.
