You ride twintip in waves??

You then decide to show the "vegemite kids surf school" that you can do a downloop transition in the shorebreak right next to their lesson?

I hope that your plan was to get kiters into more trouble with the clubbies, then they already are.

winner!

No thats not cool.
Did anyone have a chance to say something to him?
I hope he wasn't 'wave-riding' on his twin tip...

I think the guy in question has been mentioned on here before.

Theres so many good freestyle spots so close to where he was.

why would you go out in a crowded surf break.

young lad, you know who your are.

pull ya head in.

Sorry I'm a newb when it comes to gear, and I understand the obvious reasoning behind staying out of crowded surf breaks, but why is riding a TT in the surf seen as a no-no?

its not.

but i guess you buy a twintip so you can do wake/freestyle tricks.

so therefore why not go to a spot that suits that style of riding.

more to the oint, why do your tricks in the shorey, ontop of groups of kids.

the guy was a plane dickhead.

sorry but being honest.

you could even see that he was looking for the "oohhh" and "aahhhhsss" from the crowd. (be them all of 5 years old)

Same as doing wake style tricks in flat water on a surfboard ....

It can be done but it's just not right

Away from people... the Twin-Tip goes everywhere... Sand, reeds, mud, surf. Riding a twin tip in the surf is a lot of fun... the rest, not so much.
