I was thinking to buy this new gear to start, having found a pretty good deal.. well, I d just like to have an advice about the misure of the kite and board. Please consider that I will surf mostly at the lake with light wind condition (8-11kt) and I m 68 kg.. what would you suggest? I understand it s the usual dumb question , but I hope you can give me a help ;)

Since you're based in Italy, I suggest you try a local kitesurfing shop to get lessons and advice.

I suggest you find another sport, something that doesn't require wind...

its going to be pretty much impossible to kite in such light winds... just make sure you do it in a place where there are also other kiters around. this is important for a beginner because a. you can learn from other people and b. if things go pear shaped there are people there that can help you out.

Go for it. Sounds like a good kit. I found 50mm fins make this board go upwind better. It's a wide board 144 x43 so I set the pads close to heelside and far apart as possible. I'm 72kg and this helps. Go a 14 or a 16m SB for that light wind and even check out some 5m extensions as this will give you a lot more grunt to get you sailing in the light winds. You can still get another bar with even shorter lines then you got an option for 15-25 kts with still only one kite. Lotsa fellas knock 'em but a big kite on a 'smooth' patch of water can make for a memorable session.
