Was down at Altona last evening and wondered something about what kiters think of other beach users.
Is the submission from KVB to the council in action at Altona , or is it still being decided on.

There were people riding within 5 mtrs of the shore and easily within 5 mtrs of people in the water, between and around them .

Mind you , there was a Cab and flysurfer out in an area where i guess they weren't concerned about showing off.

In the KBV plan there is no boarding between sargood and romawi other than a transitional area to get to the riding zone between romawi and apex park.

Or is it just the "who gives a stuff" attitude, rules or no rules.
