Gday,

I am looking for Kiters in the Hobart area who regularly go kiting and wouldnt mind a learner tagging along. i am keen to get into kiting but dont really want to go on my own and could always do with some tips from experienced kiters.

Cheers Jono

Always good to go with others... Not such a great time of year to be starting with gusty westerlies kicking in, water cooling,etc.. Nevertheless, I'll pm my number..

I'm off tomorrow (-:
So where is the secret spot to go?
And if there is no wind, I'm gonna try my new kayak (-: had to get one, cause it just sucks when there is no wind and I can't get into the water.

You had any lessons yet? Make sure you do to get your head around the basics and are completely familiar with your safety/release systems if you are heading out in the gusty westerly stuff!
