I work with someone who often pops into the Geelong CC store to have a look. He said that there is quite a bit of Kitesurfing gear there, boards, kites , harness etc.

Perhaps if some people have "lost" their gear some good samaritan may have "found" it and handed it in there for a "reward".

Thought id let people know it's in there.

About 3 years ago, my Slingshot glide was stolen at Pt Henry. It was stolen by non-kiters so it may have ended up at Geelong CC.

how would you go about getting your gear back if it is there??
wouldnt be buying it back would you?? theyd charge more than new price.

If you can prove its your and it was stolen (serial numbers), then they have to give it back.

Same thing as buying a stolen car.

If you went to the cops with the details and could prove it then its back in your hot hands again.
