So Guys, noticed a dozen or so kiting past Brighton on a downwinder. How was it and where did you leave from.

Cesar and I did a downwinder from Aspendale to Port Melbourne. The wind dropped out when we first tried to start but popped up again so we could get going. It was a good run - took us about 1:30. We came in close at Brighton on our way past.

The wind was good all the way. It dropped a bit near Elwood but there was enough to keep going with good speed.

A great tour, but a bit more demanding physically with less time kiting recently.

Yup. They left St Kilda to go to Brighton at about 12.

Yes the wind was OK at Brighton from 10 to about 2 and then dropped off. I swapped boards for my Flydoor as you guys came past and was able to hang in there in the lighter wind.
