Is someone able to tell me where the "7 Day Wave and Wind forcast for PERTH" is acually located? Thanks

Let me rephrase the question. Where is the wind meter physically Located in Perth for this graph?

hang on, the FORECAST is for Perth, but there is no actual measurements for Perth.
