Day 5 is up http://www.supracer.com/jackos-gym-day-five/ You must also remember none of the Roar training group do this full time they all work 6 to 7 days a week as well with a mixture of jobs. what we eat? It would be great to say we ate perfect meals all week with no takeaways and had it planned out to every lettce leaf but the truth is for me and Jacko we eat like everyone else as best we can for the time we have to cook it. Main thing is keeping the body fueled for the work its doing!! Jacko's a fussy prick so thats the hardest thing about eating right!!
