Which website - This one (seabreeze) or DaNews? Are you just being a helpful watersports enthusiast just letting us know, or are you from yachting australia and trying to avoid more flak from windsurfers by sounding like you all care? Given one post and a blank profile I think it is probably the latter.

decided to actually read danews this time. Check this out if you can't be bothered "Just a week ago, 3 of my mast bases failed in a period of 45 minutes. The first one broke about a half mile from shore; I got back without incident. Changed out the broken base with another one, repeated the run a half mile from shore and it also failed mid jibe. Again, I returned to shore without incident, replaced the broken mast base with yet another one and it too broke." That must be seriously unlucky.

Not too sure about the "I got back without incident" part. I would of thought that getting back in from half a mile out WOULD be an incident for me.
