Whats happened to SRM?

Seems only one of their elder statesmen sailing nowadays.

Have the all turned into 2 second wonders?
Has the can of Whoopass the Dutch opened been to much?
Are they running scared because the Mandurah Fatboy fogey brigade is in front for the second month in a row?

Who will know?

Conspicuous in their absence

Could I have made a mistake here and woken the sleeping giants (their waist lines are expending)

My mum used to tell me "don't prod a sleeping dog", I never used to listen, just gave it a quick kic before bolting (I got to be a pretty {Edit} good runner).

It seems I'm still "kicking the dog" this time it's far bigger and far uglier

I did the same last year
http://www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=51451

and look where it got us, one day I'll learn, if the dog ever catches me

When I run nowadays it's not pretty at all, more like an uncoordinated drunken stagger without the excuse of being drunk

it seems that our plan is working...

the plan to give the other teams a false sense of security in order to keep them interested in the game

2 in a row

Smug mode engaged Well done Boys

It will most likely be all down hill from here as quality will come to the fore, but they will do it knowing that they've been made the bitches of the "crab crushers" for 2 consecutive months

Another month shows it's head, hopefully a bit of wind today and with rumours that some of the SRM's may be doing a sortie down to crab land it should be a good day

Look forward to a good sail with the northerners again

The elder statesman of SRM just texted me and pointed at the scoreboard.

Just done a quick spreadsheet,

SRM Saved by the Discard System

Natural ranking (no discards)
1.... Mandurah Mob....81
2....Swan River Mob...84

Sorry I missed you snides, you could have borrowed the wife's 90l wave board.
It was a bit light on the inside, but loads of fun.
