Hey Thermo a few guys from the Port Macquarie Marauders sail there in a NE - forum identities are nosinkanow, and Marauders - send them a PM as they may not see your post If that fails, come on over to the beach, I will be sailing at MiddleRock off middlerock Rd at Lake Cathie; - forcast is for small surf but a real nice NE Regards Adam

Queens Lake was OK for about an hour around 2:00 / 3:00pm then the wind started to drop out. Not a good sail there for my first time in that location. The wife said it has been 20 knots plus all day at SWR.

Hi Gary I saw you today at Q-Lake. I was sailing on the North side with Trent. In the North Winds at Q-Lake NE & ENE winds get into the Lake. Between 1pm to 2pm the wind was ENE then it went NE till 3pm. After that it was NNE ( NO Good ) I did 25 knots today top speed with a Hang-over You should try sailing there in a good South Easter from the North Side. Today was not a good day because the wind was shifting directions all the time. Not a good true wind.
