This Sunday is scheduled as another calendar day.
Some racing would be good, and the early forecast is N/NW 15-20 knots.
Can we get a show of hands as to who's keen, and where / what they would like to do?
Sth Coast (Murray Mouth / Goolwa) could be good, and we have a local boat there to set the course and for safety.
Nth Haven could be good too but we need a boat. Can anyone help out?
Cheers |

I'm keen. Might need an early start to grab the best of the Northerlies? Does the Murray Mouth work OK in a NW? NW are usually stronger down there aren't they? I have a creaky old boat if North Haven is the preferred option.

Hi Guys,
Keen for North Haven if some wind Who needs a support boat. The noah's will keep everyone out the water - even if broken gear . |

North Haven it is.
9.30am briefing - followed by action packed racing. At this stage, the forecast looks to be winds N/NW of around 10-20 knots max.
Thank you to Dr Duck for offering the use of his boat.
See you there! |

Not the windiest day of the week, but the isobars have tightened up a bit. Hopefully we will get a few races in with the promise of 15 k. Bring your light wind toys just in case I will have the Kona there if any beginners/intermediates want to have a go (and the cold water doesn't put them off.). Or use the Kona if anyone wants to work on their heli-tacks or duck gybes - perfect board for that in 8 k
