Greetings all,
Can someone please recommend a good size & style of sup board for a small female 45kg? I have a 12'6 race board for cruising & now want to practice sup yoga. Any advice will be appreciated thank you

Fanatic Fly

These range of boards are great for Yoga or just taking the kids and dog for a paddle.

Hi and welcome to the Breeze..

I'm thinking something about 10' long and preferably about 30" wide.. As far as Naish goes I'd recommend the 9'5" or 10' Mana.. or the 10'6".5 and 10'10" Nalu.. btw they do the 9'5" Mana both of the Nalu's in a beautiful ladies 'Alana' paint job.

I'm sure there are many other brands that have boards in that size range.. Demo, demo, demo.. One good thing about the Naish (and a few other brands) is the good handle because these are big boards to carry and a good handle helps heaps.

Let us know what you end up with.

NSP sell 1000's of boards in the US for yoga where it has exploded for fitness groups all through the interior on rivers and lakes. They prefer the E2 range over most due to the full deck pad, stability, unrivalled durability and value for money. The 10'2 is ideal for the task.

Next question, has anyone purchased a new board whilst in Phuket & returned home with it?

If it's primarily for yoga, then why not a soft-top?

More comfortable
Safer
Less prone to damage
Less expensive
