When I pump up my kites, both of them Airush, the bladder pops out the side of the plug.. I happens all the time. Im worried that its going to wear a hole in the bladder.
What causes this and how can I fix it.

Sounds like the bladder is not in straight. You can deflate it then grab the valve and shake the whole thing around. If that doesn't work, take the bladder out, dry it, cover it with talcum powder then put it back in straight. The talc should make if slippery and it should go straight. If that doesn't work take it to a sailmaker and get him to make the hole smaller.
