Try Queens beach, Redcliffe.
Not affected by tide, good bump & jump & plenty of room.

North Side -

Sandgate ? idk

Redcliffe - Margate, Suttons, Queens
All bumps. Queens is a little more side on but not much
Scarborough might offer some nice conditions. I've never sailed there but you may get some smoothish water with some nice refracted wind swell in the lee of the point. Looks a bit rocky though.

Bribie -Sandstone Point, Bongaree - modest variety of conditions in sailing range. Some great smooth bumps on a falling tide.
Woorim although on the ocean side doesn't get any swell.

Caloundra - Happy Valley/Passage Bar - lovely spot but a) full of kites and b) You can get caught in the crunch zone on a falling tide. Golden Beach - nice flat water spot.
North Caloundra - Neil St, Budderim St, - side on waves with somewhat protected launches.
