Warnings
Strong Wind Warning for the West and South Central Coasts for Friday.
Synoptic Situation
At 1500 Thursday a high pressure ridge extended over waters south of the Bight.
A low will deepen over inland South Australia on Friday, and will move south to
be near the South East Coast Saturday morning. A new high will build southwest
of the Bight later Sunday.

Thursday until midnight : Wind: SE 18/23 knots. Sea: 1 to 2 m. Swell: SW/S 1 to
2 m.
Friday : Wind: SE 20/25 knots, turning S/SW 20/25 knots in the afternoon.
Sea: 2 to 3 m. Swell: SW/S 1 to 2 m.
Saturday : Wind: SW 20/30 knots, easing to 10/20 knots during the afternoon.
Sunday : Wind: W/SW 10/20 knots, turning S 5/15 knots in the evening.

Saturday : Wind: turning S/SW 25/35 knots in the morning, easing to 15/25 knots
in the evening.
