2007 Custom Built Trailer Sailer

Swing keel trailer sailer, professionally custom built for racing by boat builder in Busselton Western Australia, in the late eighties but has been down rigged for single handed cruising. currently in Shark bay WA where she has been sailing for the past 25 years. Brand new JP multi roller trailer never been in the water, near new 9.9 Mercury pro kicker 45 hrs, power start, trim, and tilt. new auto helm rated at 4ton, Ready to go sailing, below deck has comfortable bunks and galley, it's warm and dry, but not much room to move about it was built for speed. great boat to learn to sail or like me downsizing. has options for cruising under sail, or sail assisted motor yacht. Why am I sellling ? I am moving to a retirement home.
