Poor bugger truck driver, how his life will be affected by the newly arrived family,
that ended up coming to grief, seemingly by their own poor driving
Stick with it Mate, anyone who has ever steered for a living, understands.

Watch out on those roads this silly season. Trust no-one, suspect everyone, and keep as much distance as possible between yourself and everyone else. This is terribly tragic.

When I worked at a truck depot my boss told me about the time he was in the same position as that truck driver. I can't claim that I understand myself, but from what he told me I have a very good idea. He still dreamt about it many years afterwards.

Yeah, hearing about a family wiped out....

I used to live on the mid north coast of NSW. The roads around there are very dangerous. I know a fair few people who died on local roads and the Pacific Highway.

Families often break up if one of the children die in a crash. Children grow up without a father and/or mother. The effects of car crashes involving injury or death last for a lifetime.
