Bob, Thanks for link. I'm not a motorbike sort of guy but I loved his passion and philosophy for creating a unique object - and a moving one at that albeit one he admitted had more flaws than he anticipated. His hands say it all too.
It looks like something out of a Mad Max movie. You could hardly say it was a good looking bike. And so many nice sharp edges to take your nuts off when you stack it in.
Beautiful and dangerous indeed. It doesn't look safe but all the roughness is consistent. Its clean and rust free. The finishes are consistent and interesting. The massing seems balanced and appealing. It has the appeal of a unique piece of sculpture.
