It looks like a strange Aussie movie from 40 years ago. Check it out if you are at home tonight.

Funnily I was discussing this movie with a workmate a month ago. Looking forward to it.

Pretty rare to see drunken spotlight roo shooting and a fight between man and roo in a movie.

I started watching it. But then was distracted with the thought of this truly magnificent Mango I ate last night.

I was deep in the asian gheto of Melbourne last weekend and went to the local Springvale market. I bought two green mangos, never seen/noticed or tasted them before. I left them both sitting for a week in our fruit bowl. I ate one yesterday - wow, it was sensational, sweet like mango but with a lime tinge to it. With a very small thin pip. After eating it I wondered why such a wonderful tasting fruit was not more widely available.

So, after watching Wake In Fright for a bit, I got distracted by this mango taste sensation. I hopped on the interweb to find out more about this delicious fruit I ate last night. I punched into google "green mango" and then "green mango recipies"

On the second search I found a page and clicked on an ad on the left hand side about some amazing anti ageing discovery, with a compelling image: The article crapped on about a woman from a suburb next door to where I live about a miraculous treatment that made her look 20 years younger for about $20. I read most of the article.

Of course I'm wiser than that all that rubbish. They (google) inserted the suburb where she came from into the ad to make it sound more believable.

After trying to reproduce my actions and getting the ad to appear again, I couldn't, gave up, and felt most disappointed. I then hopped on seabreeze to write about this most frustrating experience.

Crap.... Wake In Fright is over now. I wonder if I can find it on pirate bay
