There is a guy here where I work who eats 6 or 7 meals a day, and there is not an ounce of fat on him. Apparently by eating the meals (they are not massive, but not mini snacks either) that speeds up the metabolism and burns fat.
regular exercise and all that helps also.

OK I'm a bit confused here, my high school physics says that calories = energy. So you can't have a low calorie food that gives you lots of energy. Or am I missing something?
The way they measure calories is bulls**t anyway, they just burn the food and measure how much heat it gives out... according to that method you could eat firewood and go for years!
