On Thursday afternoon, 28-year-old inventor, Tyson Larson was killed in an explosion that ripped a hole in the roof and blew out the back doors to a Simi Valley building of the family member's company, Realm Industries, which was seeking to develop his water fuel technology.

www.patentstorm.us/applications/20090090312/description.html
20090090312 - Alternative Fuel Engine - An apparatus and method for converting fluid molecules from a liquid state into a vapor state wherein the fluid has unnatural bond angles. The apparatus comprises a resistor-capacitor (RC) circuit, a chamber to contain the RC circuit and the fluid and a power source to provide power to the RC circuit. The RC circuit comprises an anode, a cathode and a plurality of substantially parallel electrically conductive plates. Current through the RC circuit generates a frequency that modifies the bond angles of molecules in a vapor state. Ignition of these molecules with unnatural bond angles reverts the molecules back to normal bond angles with a release of energy that can be utilized in many different applications without the release of toxic or noxious gases, greenhouse gases or any interaction with the atmosphere or the consumption of any atmospheric oxygen. For example, the molecules with unnatural bond angles may be used in engines to power a motorized vehicle.

I suppose he found an alternative way to die title says "another" so have there been more in the past? ......makes you wonder if it was an accident.

Now thats funny Flysurfer

I was sitting here this morning and asked my better half,
Better half what are you going to spend your Sunday doing?
Better half says I am going in the shed and work on my Hydrogen making

2 seconds later I clicked on your thread....

"true story"

Ahh the oil companies at it again......Why would anyone play with alternative fuels, everyone know the oil companies will exterminate there competitors....adds to the conspiracy.
DO NOT READ THE PATENT!!! you may already be compromised

Even if that crap described above was to work, IT IS NOT A SOURCE OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY!

It is merely a battery. The power required to create the stuff will always be more than the power you get back out.

Simple laws of physics. You cant create something from nothing.

You have never had to deal with slimy real estate agents have you.

Unless you accept the quantum theory hypothesis that particles are continuously created and disappear out of nothing throughout space.

Acceptance of which, by the way, seems to me to validate Hoyle's steady-state cosmological model and refute the big bang model. But that's another thread!

PS. I agree though that that thing is not an alternative source of energy.

Good one Mattyjee, money is created out of nothing, that is a fact.

The article was about alternative energy as in alternative to what we already use. There is very much of it, more than we will ever need but it is free. If it is free then there ain't no profit in it and thereby lies the rub!

Damn and I just read the patent as well!

Reminds me of a small enterprise a while back where some individuals in the Hunter Valley were filtering waste cooking oil and using it as a diesel alternative. They made a small amount of noise about whereupon a government notice appeared in the paper reminding anyone that they were avoiding excise and needed to declare it.

Yeah right!

That's true, but it is obviously an alternative source of money.
They all are.
And that's ALL they are. Nothing more.
One of the guys mentioned in the above article touched the public for 6 million dollars, and spent it on wine, wimmen and song; and I don't think he was all that good at songing.
But I bet with 6 million dollars he was good at the first two.
(not the guy that died by the way, I refer to his business associate mentioned in the article)

Also that free energy run cars on water guy Stan Meyer in the u choob that flysurfer put up a few weeks back, he also touched the public for 6 million dollars on the strength of a lot of promises that turned out to be nothing but bovine excrement.

No wonder these guys often come to a sticky end.
It's not the oil companies that do it. In all probability it's one of their many unhappy investors.
Believe it or not, some people don't take too kindly to being fleeced of 6 million dollars.

Old Porsche hybrid:

New Porsche hybrid (3l/100K & 0-100 in 3.2)
Now it's a concept, but most Porsche concepts are in production within two years.

Aliens told me they are caught in a loop - particle travels forwards in time, then back as anti-matter, thye just appear to be separate, they just appear to touch.

Why don't the dealers loan cars out for the weekend to "potential" customers anymore?

Maybe you should be working for BMW.

Dear Applicant

^^^^^^^ photo 2.... I'm not short but I think I would even have trouble looking over that bonnet....I would have to order a ejector seat and a extra high elevated seat...
oh and yes then I would have to drive with my head out of the roof

Is it just me or is that seat low and the bonnet high?
Or is it that you don't give a rats when you own a car like that.

I have a red car

Is it just in England where if you drive a B'mer you're automatically a nob?

Nice looking motor tho. Just an observation but it has no door mirrors* or indicators - cos b'mer owners never use them (something to do with the first page in the owners manual saying "you do now actually own the f'n road"

* yeah I know, concept car, rear pointing cameras etc
