The testing process has been fast-tracked, but an advantage in this situation is that there are plenty of volunteers for testing so there's a lot of useful data being produced.

When you speak in terms that not many people here will know, it sounds like either you are forgetting that people here don't know them, or are trying to appear that you know more than you really do. A person that is comfortable with their profession is usually able to speak in layman's terms.

I just read Qantas are in trials of a digital vaccine passport which will be necessary if you want to travel overseas with them.

Qantas is using coercion to get you to take the vaccine . Surely this is illegal.

For those that do not believe in the vaccination or for others who do but refuse to take it not wanting to bow down to the immoral coercion our right to travel overseas will soon be gone

Who says we have a right to travel overseas? Did I miss this somewhere? Is there a minimum number of overseas trips we are allowed or required to do?

If I were Qantas and it meant that I could get countries to accept Australian visitors quicker because they have proven vaccination, or convince people to travel because they are not worried about other travelers having Covid, I would do the same thing. Its sound business sense to get people traveling faster.

Would you prefer 'Oh sorry, you are all required to quarantine for 3 weeks in Italy because someone on the plane had Covid'?
