Hi, I'm new to boating but had recently obtained the RST. I'm looking for boat to hire, anyone know where I can find boat for hire? Preferably boat which are already on the water or people can launch and retrive for me. If thats not possible, I'll organise my own transport is also possible. Boat size doesn't really matter as long as its power boat with minimum size of 5m, would like to hired a 10m+ .Thanks peeps.

EDIT: I'm from Perth

Laurie, we have a problem in the system, my reply to this post hasn't appeared.
Pugwash has had the same problem, and also getting double posts!!

And as soon as this appears, so does my original post, seems a bit strange.

There are plenty of boat hire places, have a look in the yellow pages.

Two that come to mind are
Hire-a-tinny in Safety Bay
and Bluewater hire (not sure of their location but you see them all over the place)

as I said, check the yellow pages. Good Luck.
and PS (hope you have plenty of cash, they are bloody expensive things to hire)

Hi, thx for the input. I've already looked in the "Yellow" a few times and most of them are trailer boat which I need to tow it myself. 2 of the company did offer launch and retrieve with 100 surchange and the other company charge 200!!!. Cost for hired was an average of 350 for most hired company but there is 1 which only charge 250. If anyone want to know more about the company name, I'll pm them. Doesn't know whether it's good or not to post company info here.
