hiya, im about a month ahead of you leech. out of plaster/cast for about a week and movement is already massively improved

make sure you exercise your fingers/hand as much as you can, squeeze balls and the like

strength is already returning but it would be quite uncomfortable on a bike for a good few more weeks i think (ive done the other wrist a few years back)

i dont reckon i could hold down a handle pass yet :(

i suspect the first time you actually try it your going to realize u just physically cant do it and its going to take at least a couple weeks before u can even think of it.

there is *no way* i could put weight on my wrist riding a bike and i doubt this will change for at least 1-2 weeks

Hang in there, it will be worth the wait. You dont want to stuff it right now by going too hard too soon
