We cant have that, the masses having half to zero electricity cost.[}:)] Must be a tax we swing onto it some how

I saw this on another site. Its great what a bit of lateral thinking can produce.

it's a skylight - super el cheapo style

the bleach only stops the bacteria growth and keeps the water from getting murky, that's all there is to it.

it doesn't generate electricity or keep shining after the sun goes down.

Definately a great idea during daylight hours.

Not so good when one comes loose from 5 metres up and 2kgs of bottle smashes into ya noggin though!
