Hey Dude,

If you have any issues, just take it back to the place you bought it from and all will be resolved. We have had excellent warranty replacement service from Surf Composites.

There are some retailers who sell online and treat them as just another product. We had a young bloke and his mum come in to see us after having bought there camera from a camera shop in Freo. He had problems with the firmware upgrade to make the LCD bacpak work. We were able to sort out the problem with a bit of fiddling and they left our shop as happy customers who haven't even spent a dollar with us.

You can buy for a few dollars less than us online, but should you have an issue, we cheerfully sort it out on the spot.

Duuuuude, I don't know what the problem you're having is but,.. before you blow your stack, make sure that the problem is with the camera and not with the memory card or the computer that you're processing the video on.
If you're working in full HD mode you need a super fast memory card and a super fast computer otherwise you get all sorts of wierd results.
They are ok up to 720p but at 1080p they need the ultra fast flashcard and a super fast computer to process it.
My computer runs at 3ghz and still has trouble on 1080 HD video.
