That's a bit of a worry.
If you met him in the street you might be fooled into thinking he was normal.
I spose as soon as he opened his mouth he would give himself away, but just to look at him, he looks almost normal.
My guess is, another spaced out loser druggy who firmly believes the world owes him a living.
A bit sad really.
