To be truthful sick of watching all the latest science on what to eat, how to exercise...eat in modiration and have fun! He results will happen, oh and easy on the beers....nah!
Look at the people who sit on a office chair 5 days per week then go home to sit again on their lounge chair watching their reality box till bedtime. Without use the muscles will be replaced by fat! Point being exercise is clearly healthy,but too much is unhealthy,evidenced by long distance runners who often don't live long. Soccer players tend to lose their legs quite early despite it being a low contact sport so don't over exercise is my take on it.
