Probably because most Elvis fans are at least well into their fourties and fifties, eat and drink too much and do too little exercise. I would imagine almost all Elvis impersonators are fans of Elvis.
Check out a 20 year old's iPod. You would be unlikely to find many Elvis tracks on it.
