Seabreeze has a bit of green showing tomorrow, easterly though. Is this normally gusty and not worth sailing in? Or is it OK if the place has a bit of fetch (like hardies)?

ben at Peli point the wind funnels up through the swan estuary, even south perth can be good, and though a bit gusty still worth sailing, it's the same anywhere though the easterlies are very gusty most places you sail. If desperate enough you sail. Wannanup beach on the estuary is good on an easterly. Good funnel effect there. hardies is OK. Harvey estuary launching from dawesville, can be really good on an easterly, depending if it's got some southerly init. The Lesh can be Ok on an easterly, some of the bays around warnbro sound are ok on an easterly as well. The best places on an easterly are on the south coast, esperence, albany, denmark.
