It is rather simple actually.. Ground staff need to pick their fights.
Once upon a time you got dressed up to travel by air. You wore a pair of trousers, nice shirt and a pair of shoes. These days due to the Grey Hound bus level of service and ticket prices, as well as FIFO where you build up FF points just for going to work and back, any body can afford to fly while wearing a Bintang singlet and a pair of thongs. And f**kwits that will pick an argument with ground staff at the drop of a hat. Usually because they 'fly twice a week and they know better'.
