We now have to take our 4 legged mate with us to Exmouth in Oct so have booked into the Yardie Creek Homestead Caravan Park.

I have a 5 night booking at the Lighthouse Caravan Park from 28/09/08 - 03/10/08 on a powered site. If anyone is interested reply here or PM me. If no takers I will be cancelling the booking at the end of this week.

PS. booking is for 2 adults & 2 children but am certain you could alter this no probs. The main thing is the site has been booked.

See www.ningaloolighthouse.com/

Cancell the booking.
Lighthouse is the worst place you could stay in Exmouth.
Good spot but REALLY REALLY BAAAADDDD service.
Your 4 legged friend has done you a huge favour as Yardie is the spot to be.
See if you can organise dog sitters so you can visit the National park for some day trips.

mmm... stayed here a few times now. Don't know what sort of service you're talking about? I don't expect too much when camping outdoors.

I posted to give others an opportunity as I know it will be fully booked out by now. Site is a REAL shady one too.

Am heading down to Winderbandi for 5-10 days after Yardie. What's the situation like there for dogs?

Your heading down to where? We don't use that word on the internet, it's not in the national park yet but let ningaloo station know your heading down and as long as your dog leaves the sheep alone he is more than welcome.
