I will ring my friend who actually is a bluff nut..and we both spent time on Rotto together she is still in touch with many of the chef's and other guys..
But me being cheeky, would actually ring the the lodge on Rotto or the Hotel
and ask to speak to the head chef..and see if they know anyone...
The head chef usually works on Rotto so he can surf..(but you probably know that)
